I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Art Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—approaches I use to support individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, PTSD, mood challenges including bipolar disorder, OCD. I especially enjoy coaching for career exploration and preparation, and life transitions for seniors.
